Artists are Announced for SPRING ARTS FAIRE

Marysville, CA

On Saturday, April 18, 2015, Eighteen local artists and artisans will show their work at the SPRING ARTS FAIRE at Yuba Sutter Arts Gallery, 624 E Street in Marysville from 10 am until 6 pm. Artists who will participate are: Abby Auerbach-ceramics/succulents, Janette Amarel-watercolor, Chuck Buerki-garden art birds, Cathryn Coffman-painting/leather art, Cynthia Fontayne-paper arts/mixed media, Colleen Franklin-paper art/pressed flowers, Sue Graue-photography/digitization, Deirdre Hammons-jewelry/mixed media, Elizabeth Hexberg-ceramics, John Hollis-photography, Carol Keesling-oils/watercolors, Kaleen Kuster-paintings, Sandra Martin-paintings, Wynell Reid-jewelry, Tamra Spoto-ceramics, Janet Staser-jewelry, Jennifer Young-jewelry/mixed media, and Sharon McLeod-acrylics. The Spring Arts Faire is coordinated by the Women’s Creative Circle (WCC), a program of the Yuba Sutter Regional Arts Council. The purpose of the Women’s Creative Circle is to gather creative minds together for inspiration. The group meets on the 3rd Wed. of the month at 11 am at Yuba Sutter Arts in Marysville, and all creative minds are welcome. We plan one art show a year and may join in other art shows later in the year. We plan trips to some of our member studios and we visit interesting art sites in the area. You don’t have to be a practicing visual artist to participate in WCC meetings as we believe there are many kinds of creativity.
