Shades of Al Gore!! Most of us who were listening, heard how the Polar Bears would be extinct by this time. Reports of glacial ice in the Himalayan mountains disappearing, hasn't
happened! Even that UN authority, IPCC can't seem to get their predictions in line with the facts! We have experienced, barely a fraction of their Global warming predictions, since 1973!
Either the Models are wrong or the very premise is flawed! Their problem, seems to be their inability to directly connect that 'dreaded CO2' to either manmade Global Warming or Global Climate Change! This anomaly of the past 20 years, is apparently just a glitch, that will correct itself by 2020!

During the current President's terms in office, None of the prior predictions have come to pass.

Anyone who tries to connect the current weather conditions can't seem to come up with any new documentation, showing the thermal law of nature, that would confirm their premise. In fact, the Stefen- Boltzmann thermal dynamics law confirms CO2 to be equally favorable in both the absorption and emission of heat! In other words, CO2 cannot resist movement either toward or from the earth! It's ability is as basic as the property of gases in general! It matches the Ambient temperature of the surrounding area, and does not act as a barrier for any direction!

A simple explanation for cloudy nights seeming to be warmer than clear nights, is that the moisture content is the barrier, and on clear nights ,THERE IS NO RESTRICTION OF HEAT TOWARD SPACE!
Why do you blow on hot drinks, or cold hands? Your breathe is basically CO2, and will absorb heat from the drink or emit warmth to your hands, both, in the effort to match the surrounding or 'Ambient Temperature! Look for real Pollution, don't blame the Greenest Gas on earth!

The why of this policy to blame CO2 is just as simple ; Carbon is the basic building block of life itself! No one can avoid a Tax based on Carbon! Social Progressives have an agenda that requires unlimited funds, what better than an unlimited source of carbon? There is no proof of a connection of Climate Change to CO2!

Give us the next prediction of DOOM, this one isn't working! The Lies continue, Isn't it time to require absolute evidence of scientific fact, before the SCOTUS rules on the basis of conjecture, or consensus, as was done, in error, before! The Supreme Court, can operate on the democratic principles, but true science cannot! Perhaps, it's time to fix the Constitution to match the truth of GOD's Laws!
